This was a lovely stay for xmas shopping trip. The staff was excellent, and the rooms were good sized. The location was excellent, very close to Liverpool 1 shopping centre as well as the main shopping area and the Albert Dock, in a shopping area. The hotel was also a short walk to Bournemouth Beach.

Truly enjoyed every detail about my excellent 1 night stay here. The bedroom was large and spotless. The bathroom was amazing and it had shower facilities, a hairdryer, and fresh towels for my convenience. The hotel had indeed a marvellous and stunning location central to shopping & eateries. Btw, I was not too far from a victorian pier.

Everything was good, magnificent location close to town centre, the staff were really helpful. Greatly enjoyed staying at the guest room with an en suite upstairs, a sofa bed in main Lounge area for anyone extra, for example. A microwave oven, an electric kettle, and a fridge were nice.
